In this time of physical distancing, it is easy to miss touch or feel alone. With everything that is happening with the intensity of events in the world, you may have all sorts of emotions in your body that may want support.

Whether or not you are physical distancing, these simple yet profoundly deepening tools for soothing self-touch and using a wall as your ally can bring a shift to your experience of life.

This is a two-part workshop series for:

Experience intuitive ways to lean into self-contact and allying with your wall from a creative blend of Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Therapies and Family Constellations.

These workshops are experiential offering simple yet powerful tools.

This is not sexual touch – though you can apply these tools to sexual touch at your own leisure!

Part 2: Ally With Your Wall

Stop hitting yourself against the wall and allow the wall to Ally with you!

So much can be done with a wall to support the body. Your wall can be an ally to you to heal and complete trauma, to feel support, to deepen in release and relaxation, express and honor anger or frustration, and to strengthen or recover boundaries.
