Embodied Healing with Family + Systemic Constellations

The Constellations process connects you into the knowing field – a 3-D live and embodied mapping connecting the dots in one’s ancestral history, parts of self, and your current life experience… participants in the group will represent the parts of your issue, vision or challenge, depending on what comes up intuitively.
Without the details of your story, Candice will guide you in seeing the unconscious dynamics and patterns at play in your ancestry or parts of yourself so you can shift your beliefs, how you feel about yourself and the world.
What the Constellations process looks like:
- A whole body process that is facilitated step by step
- You'll learn how to be in a constellation
- In a constellation we will connect into a phenomenon called the “knowing field” where our dynamics and patterns can be tapped into through our body awareness
- We will follow the natural movements that are sensed through the “knowing field” as a group
- We will allow the unconscious dynamics underneath your desire or issue to reveal through the group process
- You won't need to talk about details or explain your situation
- We will clear negative beliefs and anchor a new belief in your body
- We will allow the next healing movements in your situation to transform what you feel inside
- We will set up a few introductory exercises into Constellations
- We will set up group constellations centering around 1-2 people's issue or desire
- People in the group will represent parts of the constellation – this is not acting but sensing and allowing what's there to be witnessed
- You may desire to ‘represent' parts of a constellation, feeling the experience from those perspectives
You will learn about:
- How intergenerational trauma/incomplete movements may be the roots of your current experience or challenges
- Which ancestors you're bonded or entangled with, even if you never knew them in person or if they died before you were alive
- How you may be living the story of someone who lived before you
- How parts of you may be stuck in time and how to allow integration
- How to heal and disentangle from what you're bonded with while honoring your ancestors or parts of yourself
- How to witness with more capacity and presence
- How to digest and allow the next healing movement
- How physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental challenges are COMPLETELY coherent and related to who and what came before you
- How the position you came in your family system and order is essential to the clarity of yourself and healing issues
This can support you with:

Wear comfortable clothing, feel free to bring a journal if desired. You'll be guided through the whole process as a group.
We will sit in a circle and then move around during the constellations. Movement is not structured – though the process is. Movement entails following the movement of the sensations and what you sense.
To clarify, this is not group therapy, yoga, or meditation, though you will be guided to witness and observe what happens.
