This is a poem in Gratitude to Silver, a 35-year-old Arabian Horse that I meditated with three times at Silver Horse Retreat. Silver has inspired me to offer meditation and constellations with horses at some point, as well as connect with horses spiritually and offer them healing touch — perhaps elderly or ‘retired’ horses.
More about the meditation with Silver that inspired this poem.

Silver
You watched me cry
The big ocean and river
You watched No matter whyYou showed me how to breathe as you
Hear the wind through your ears
Be the energy of your heart
The wisdom of your yearsSilver, you tell me
Grey horse you show meWhile your legs are weak
And almost giving out
You remind me of your strength
With three rubs of your snoutSay no I don't wanna with a screech like Jackie
Get a little go for it, the way that Meiji does
You cannot go wrong as long
As you are you and you are no one elseI break into the fullness and finally hear you
You have been an old friend
I briefly forgot you
But this is not the only endSilver, oh Horse of the land
you tell your tale to me
I learn to listen
I become the you in me
Oh, SilverAll is enough and enough is enough
This is all, all enough

Your Support Means So Much!
If The Embody Podcast, my writing, or guided healing meditations have inspired you, helped, or spoken to you, it would mean the world to me if you would show your support through a small donation.
Each creation is lovingly made from my soul and takes anywhere from weeks to a few days to develop and produce. I gladly pay an editor who supports me in polishing and creating high quality content.
As little as $2 help nourish my podcast and other creations to continue to have life and cover costs.
You can also take a look at my offerings which can deepen your embodiment on your own journey. Proceeds from those offerings also help me in the creation of more resources and material.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I am so appreciative.
