Four Ways to Use Your Energy Wisely and Feel Alive ❤ Self – Love Note

Our bodies are an iteration of the same sustainability problem that we have on earth. We can use ourselves up quickly- in old habits, moving from fear or from an unconscious place, focusing on scarcity, and at a pace that uses up all that we have. We excavate all the oil from the ground, use up our juiciest resources in every which way for short-sighted gains.

Sustainability requires us to get wiser, more creative, see our abundance, and use resources in innovative, long-sighted ways that give us the most energy for the least amount of downside.

Slowing down helps me let the aimless movement inside settle and get clear about my intentions or to be aligned in my choice before I jump in. When I find myself not knowing why I am choosing something or if I am not trusting my intuitive sense, I inevitably suffer.

Being slow and precise gives me the ability to direct my energy consciously. It helps me see where the universe is supporting me and flowing with me, and how I can get the most done with the least amount of effort.

It shifts the dynamic of toxic masculine force in me, bringing forward the necessary feminine powers of broad vision, inner creativity and gathering, and a balanced masculine ability to act with clear movement and direction.

If you’d like to explore, here are four ways you can shift to more sustainable and wise personal energy use:

  • Adjust your pace of life.
Notice the pace that helps you feel like yourself and nourished. If you’re constantly moving quickly, slow down. If you’re always slow, change it up with some movement and play. Accept and honor your body’s needs and desires for rest or pleasure.
  • Remove Energy Vacuums or Drains.
Take out distractions or activity that stresses you out, including your interactions with people, social media and media intake, and tasks or ways that you busy yourself. Find ways to simplify. Notice where you waste your energy, spin your wheels, or feel drained.
  • Use Your Energy Wisely and Efficiently.
Slow down, breathe, and observe. Imagine the course of action that would be the simplest, most efficient, and spend the least amount of energy. Take the easiest way towards your intention. Notice if you need to work hard or easy. If you typically obsess, see what happens if commit and take action. If you move quickly, try the opposite. Move from a place of inspiration and joy, or find purpose in what you’re doing instead of doing from fear.
  • Notice the direction and flow of your life.
Add more moments you feel joyful and like yourself. Cultivate the areas that seem to be fruitful and enlivening for you. Listen to yourself talk and be open to signals from the outside world that show you insight or the answers to your questions.

Aligning with your personal rhythm and using your energy wisely are rewarding ways to love and honor yourself. There’s a time to work hard and there’s a time to work easy. It’s a constant checking in with your body and soul’s current needs to be in your own flow.
