This Body is Sacred ❤ Self – Love Note

What makes you feel sacred and calls your inner world to Beauty?

With all the daily stressors and the outer chaos, the inner world may need a cleanse.

Our outer world reflects our inner world. Both because of our own lens of inner dynamics providing our perceptions of what’s outside of us and also what we project out into the space before us.

This artwork I created came from the inner nourishment and retreat that I so desperately needed recently. I imagined a healing space full of flowers and crystals, sleep, clearing energy, and silence.

To release the outside world and give our souls inner nourishment is to love ourselves and take responsibility for our home that needs tending to.

If your heart or body would like some refuge, I invite you to explore with me.

  • Find a comfortable space.
  • Close your eyes and release all connections to your outer world and life.
  • Let your imagination be the limit and float to a space that is entirely healing and nourishing for you.
  • Imagine anything in this space that would feel healing, loving, or sacred. Anything that you need.
  • Soak and steep like a tea bag in water.

To build my imaginal world as a healing tool took some time, but it has been essential in bringing me to a feeling of inner Beauty and respite.

When we are beautiful on the inside, our outer worlds reflect that.

Your Support Means So Much!

If The Embody Podcast, my writing, or guided healing meditations have inspired you, helped, or spoken to you, it would mean the world to me if you would show your support through a small donation.

Each creation is lovingly made from my soul and takes anywhere from weeks to a few days to develop and produce. I gladly pay an editor who supports me in polishing and creating high quality content.

As little as $2 help nourish my podcast and other creations to continue to have life and cover costs.

You can also take a look at my offerings which can deepen your embodiment on your own journey. Proceeds from those offerings also help me in the creation of more resources and material.
