Harvest the Wisdom From Coronavirus COVID19 and Collective Experiences ❤ Self — Love Note

When there’s a big collective experience, there’s a chance for a reset and messages on many levels collectively and personally — micro and macro.

For some, the coronavirus is showing them about our interconnectedness and effect on others and the planet. For others, it’s self-sustainability — going back to the basics. It can stir up fears, beliefs, past life stuff, shame, pain, relationships with money, the planet, each other, animals, and more.

Each of us has a special message locked within this experience — or many messages. Perhaps ways that we even co-created this to learn something. Let’s harvest all the medicine and wisdom!

The virus says to me: I am the energy of making radical change. I will make sharp and quick impact and accelerate or magnify whatever it is you are already needing to learn and deeply know.

This is a huge chance to become more deeply aware and see yourself and to heal and become more expanded in your presence. A chance to be very present with your EXPERIENCE.

While there are many important functional things we can do collectively, this can also be a real opportunity to experiment with and sense how you feel. To play with what delights you or notice where you are uncomfortable. To witness your fears without going into them and taking action just yet (unless immediate action is needed).

If you stay a little longer with your feelings, what emerges?

If you honor and be with the sensation, what happens next?

If you don’t take the thoughts for face value but witness, how is it in your body?

What reveals itself?

A few things you can do for yourself:

  1. Be with these feelings. Hold them. Build capacity to be able to do so (pendulate, find pleasant experience or resource and strength, etc.).
  2. Go deeper with these fears from the heart and body, where would they lead? If we let images come forward, emotions, and senses, then what shows up? If we journal stream of consciousness or with proprioceptive writing, what reveals?
  3. Witness the beautiful or pleasant things that are happening right now, both simply in your personal world and the collective. Let what is touching, touch you and change you.
